Maximilian joined EIP's Litigation team in Düsseldorf in 2022 from a well-known international law firm where he had spent several years working as a research associate. The main focus in his previous role was on dispute resolution, in particular, commercial law, international arbitration, litigation and ADR.
Maximilian holds a law degree from the University of Cologne, where he studied with a focus on intellectual property and competition law. During his legal clerkship, Maximilian was trained in Cologne’s District Court and Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as in a leading international law firm in the field of corporate and capital market law.
